1. Who We Are
RTWhere ("we", "us", "our") is a travel information and tools website available at rtwhere.com. RTWhere was founded in June 2026 and is operated independently.

2. Information We Collect
Currently: RTWhere is a fully client-side website. We do not run a backend server, do not require account registration, and do not store any personal information. All calculations and lookups happen entirely within your browser.
The only data leaving your device in normal use is standard network traffic to load the page (your IP address is visible to our hosting provider, Vercel, as with any website).
In the future, if we introduce features such as user accounts, saved itineraries, or advertising, this policy will be updated before those features go live to describe exactly what is collected and why.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Currently: RTWhere does not use cookies, local storage for tracking purposes, pixels, or any other tracking technologies.
When advertising is introduced, we intend to use Google AdSense / Google Ads, which will place cookies on your device to:
- Serve relevant advertisements based on your interests
- Limit how often you see the same ad
- Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our site and other sites on the internet. At that point, you will be able to opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or by visiting aboutads.info.
We will implement a cookie consent banner before any cookies are set, giving you the ability to accept or decline non-essential cookies.
4. Third-Party Services
RTWhere currently loads resources from the following third parties as part of normal page operation:
- Google Fonts — to load typefaces. Google may log the request including your IP address.
- Leaflet / unpkg.com — open-source mapping library served from a CDN.
- Vercel — our hosting provider. Vercel may log access requests including IP addresses for security and performance purposes. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share any information about you with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Links to Other Websites
RTWhere contains links to airline websites, loyalty programme pages, and other external resources. Once you leave our site, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
6. Children's Privacy
RTWhere is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Correction — the right to ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — the right to ask us to delete your personal data
- Objection — the right to object to our processing of your data
- Portability — the right to receive your data in a portable format
As we currently collect no personal data, there is nothing to act on. Once data collection begins, you can exercise these rights by contacting us at privacy@rtwhere.com.
8. Data Retention
We do not currently retain any personal data. When data collection is introduced, we will only keep data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly as new features are added to RTWhere. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Where changes are material — such as the introduction of advertising or data collection — we will make reasonable efforts to notify users prominently on the site.
